Return and Refund Policy

1. 120-Night Sleep Trial

We offer a 120-night risk-free sleep trial on all mattresses. This gives you ample time to experience your new sleep setup and decide if it's right for you. To qualify for the trial:

  • The trial begins on the delivery date of your order
  • You must sleep on the mattress for at least 30 nights before initiating a return
  • The mattress must be in good condition without stains, tears, or damage
  • Returns must be initiated within 120 nights from delivery

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return process:

  • Contact our Customer Service team at returns@Khaasbrands.pk
  • Provide your order number and reason for return
  • Include photos of the product if requested
  • Wait for return approval and instructions

3. Return Process

Once your return is approved, we will arrange for the product pickup from your location. We donate returned mattresses in good condition to charitable organizations. For damaged products, we coordinate proper disposal.

  • Pickup is arranged at no cost to you
  • We coordinate with local charities for mattress donations
  • Items must be accessible for pickup
  • Pickup typically occurs within 7-10 business days

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed once the return is complete:

  • Full refund of the purchase price for mattresses returned within trial period
  • Refund issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days after return completion
  • Original shipping charges may not be refundable in some cases

5. Furniture & Bedding Returns

Different return policies apply to furniture and bedding items:

  • Furniture items: 30-day return window
  • Bedding and pillows: 30-day return window
  • Items must be unopened and in original packaging
  • Opened bedding items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene concerns

6. Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned:

  • Items with visible damage caused by customer
  • Items with stains, odors, or hygiene issues
  • Custom-made or special-order items
  • Items returned beyond the trial/return period
  • Gift cards and promotional items

7. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your product for a different size or model, you may do so within the trial period. Contact our Customer Service team to discuss exchange options. Exchanges are subject to:

  • Availability of the requested product
  • Price difference adjustments (refund or additional payment)
  • Processing time for exchange coordination

8. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us immediately upon discovery
  • Provide photos of the damage/defect
  • We will arrange replacement at no cost
  • No return required - we send a replacement directly

9. Warranty Claims

Our products come with a limited lifetime warranty. Warranty claims are separate from returns:

  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects
  • Normal wear and tear is not covered
  • Contact warranty@Khaasbrands.pk for claims
  • We will repair or replace warranted items
